Description
Bench press aid designed to assist the lifter in maintaining perfect form. Add pounds and pounds to your existing bench and support your shoulders and pecs at the same time!
This enhanced version is designed for heavier loads for the more experienced bench presser. It reduces stress on your shoulders, rotator cuff, and pectoralis muscles.
Also great for experienced raw lifters who want to convert to equipped bench pressing.

love this i have two an 2x and a extra large i wonder if u should always goa size down i been trying the extra large and its very hard to even move
