Description
The F8 bench shirt maximizes the transfer of the load and energy of the barbell from the shoulders to the triceps, pectoral, and latissimus regions while also reducing strain of the rotator cuffs and stabilizing the shoulder and shoulder girdle.
F8 Features

Sizing
Sizes accommodate the widest range of body sizes. The size chart below is based on competitive weight class and arm circumference.
NOTE: Arm measurements may be the same between different weight classes, but the chest plate will be wider as weight class increases.

I have a meet August 28th, my first actually. I had ordered a different shirt from another company and had to exchange it for a different size, (totally my fault). There was no way I was going to have time to break it in. I bought the F8, 2 ply, still thinking I wouldn’t get there. Out of the box I put 565 to 2 boards!! I was hesitant previously with that kind of weight, but this thing is so easy to control if the fit’s right! My raw is 350ish, I’ll be opening with 500 and finishing at least 605!!! Excellent piece of equipment and amazing service!! See you folks in the 800’s!! 😉

Size 43 was my recommended sizing. Kevin advised a 51 or 53. Bought the 53. First time in it hit 545lb touch. 2nd time in it 600lb touch. Definitely more to come. In my experience by a size or 2 bigger than your measurements. You will have a lot of difficulty getting your hands out to grab the bar if you buy too small.

I got my F8 2ply shirt and it is AWESOME! This was my very first shirt. At 50, I have some wear and tear on my shoulders and the support it offers is unreal. I have a 53 but probably will be ordering a 51 or 50 in the very near future. Anderson is great to work with as well. Customer service is their #1 priority.
