Fast shipping, came in 2 days! Awesome product, got the double ply but used it single today, and it’s no joke! I’m a 480lb raw bencher and I hit 550lbs for 2 singles, 500lbs for 5, and came an inch from locking out 600lbs, just misgrooved it!

I have both the 1 and 2 ply Widowmakers and they are unbelievable! I am 50yrs old and have hit 675# in the 2 ply and 605# in the single. My raw bench is between 475-500. Awesome training tools!
